Paperbacks are sold, printed and shipped by Amazon. Returns, replacements and refunds are handled by Amazon under its return policy.
Printables (PDF)
Printables are digital files delivered right away, so once a file has been downloaded we don't offer refunds for a change of mind. If a file doesn't open, has a mistake, or isn't what the product page described, write to hello@bigkidsteps.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email. We will send a corrected file or refund you in full, your choice.
EU and UK customers
At checkout you ask for the download to start right away and agree that you then lose the 14-day right to cancel for digital content. Your right to a refund for a faulty file stays the same.
Israeli customers
Under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, the right to cancel a distance purchase does not apply to information products such as digital files. Our faulty-file promise above still applies.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal or card), usually within 5-10 business days.
