Who we are
Big Kid Steps is owned and run by Refael Mordechay, Israel. Contact: hello@bigkidsteps.com.
Who can use the site
The site is for adults aged 18 or older. Children may enjoy our books and printables with a grown-up.
Copyright and trademarks
All books, text, illustrations, characters (including Gaia, Adam, Ariel and Pip), logos and printables belong to Refael Mordechay / Big Kid Steps and are protected by copyright and other laws. "Big Kid Steps" and our logo are our brand. You may share links to our pages. Please don't copy, change, sell or use our content or characters without written permission.
Printables license
When you buy or download a printable, you get a personal license to print it as many times as you need for your own family, or for one classroom or daycare group. You may not resell it, share or send the file to others, upload it online, or use it in a product for sale.
Buying
Printables are sold through our checkout provider, Payhip, with payment by PayPal or card. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout according to your country. The file is delivered by email and download link right after payment. Paperback books are sold, printed and shipped by Amazon under Amazon's terms.
Parent guides
Our guides share general parenting ideas. They are not medical, psychological or other professional advice and don't replace it. If you are worried about your child, please talk to your pediatrician or another qualified professional.
Fair use of the site
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, copy it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
Links to other sites
We link to Amazon, YouTube and other sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or terms.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep everything correct and working, but the site and products are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, and our total liability for any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protections of the law of your own country.
